Since 2022, we have been managing the catering at Landgoed de Rading. Here we work together with a friendly team of assistant chefs who help us cut and prepare dishes and thus have a fun way of filling their working day. It is always a cheerful crowd at the long table during the breaks, when the gardeners, handymen, and chefs come together at the table. We provide a pleasant and safe environment for everyone: day care workers, volunteers and supervisors. The lunch café has a lovely garden where as soon as the weather is nice there are cozy spots and you can enjoy this beautiful estate. We also have direct access to the Zonnestraal Estate, of which we are part. We provide lunches here with as many vegetables as possible that come directly from the organic garden LandinZicht, which is located behind the lunch café and with which we have been working closely for years. We also provide catering to order with, of course, the organic and local products that are so familiar to us. We are also ambassadors of the biodiversity on your plate program, which encourages the use of organic and local products and draws attention to their importance. With us, you will actually find that biodiversity in every dish with the organic ingredients that come straight from the garden.
